Since taking up the Risk Management module of Symbiant we quickly realised that there were further possibilities of working with Symbiant at a far more competitive price point than competitors.

A welcome change from spreadsheets – Symbiant holds all of our risk registers, assessments and controls library together in one place with the ability to link risks and incidents. The tracker and email notification is really useful to help risk owners monitor and manage their risks by self serving. Creating our own custom reports and dashboards eases the process of gathering important MI. A really useful software.

We use Symbiant to help us identify, assess and treat risks for a wide variety of business initiatives including change management, acquisitions, new product development and customer projects. The Risk Suite provides us with a way to automate our risk management process, we operate globally and it is difficult to arrange meetings to suit several time zones, Symbiant’s on-line, highly collaborative software overcomes this issue and allows us to get input from a wide range of stake holders in a very rapid and simple way.  

Before moving to Symbiant, we were spreadsheet-based, which was a very manual and time-consuming process, making monitoring difficult. Currently, we use the Risk Register, Control and Policies, Incident Reporting and Compliance Monitoring Action Tracker modules. The service we have received from Symbiant from the very start has been second to none. We can’t have been the easiest of customers for them, as we have very specific requirements of how we wanted to customise the modules specifically to fit our business. A tool that has simplified our audit reporting requirements given the risk and audit management module plus an action tracking feature that is user friendly. The application is simple and easy to use especially when you get to understand the nature and function of each fields. Support is exceptional. Our queries were answered immediately and with detailed references.

The lack of a single source of truth system for audit follow-up was frustrating our team and our internal clients. Symbiant provided a simple inexpensive solution to our problems.
